Led the design, implementation and scaling of an Unreal Engine–based production pipeline, supporting the studio’s transition to real-time workflows across Matchbox Adventures Seasons 01, 02, 03 and 05. Trained production teams and guided the integration of the new pipeline within an active episodic environment.
