Hi, I’m Juan Molano,

I moved to Colombia to join its growing animation industry, drawn by the energy, talent and creative potential I saw here. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with local studios, artists, and production teams. Contributing to projects, building pipelines, workflows and teams capable of scaling to international standards. Along the way, I developed a strong passion for teaching and mentorship, particularly in supporting young professionals as they transition into production environments and grow into confident, industry-ready artists.

Outside of production, I value community, collaboration, and balance. Together with my wife, we run a small coffee farm, which has deepened my appreciation for craft, patience and long-term growth. These values strongly influence how I approach both leadership and creative work. I believe healthy teams, strong communities, and shared knowledge are essential for a sustainable animation industry, and I’m proud to contribute to its continued growth in Colombia.
